As with collective investment schemes initial
charges on these funds can range up to 5%, however they may be
lower in the case of some funds, and the annual management fee
ranges from 0.6% - 1.5%. In most cases, however, Fairbairn
Private Bank can obtain significant discounts.
These funds are available direct from Old
Mutual and Nedcor International for investors with £10,000 to
invest or alternatively can be held within the Focus account,
a fully integrated banking and investment account.
