Strategic Asset Allocation Service
This strategy achieves performance through dynamic asset
allocation which means important changes can regularly be made to
reflect changing macro and micro market conditions. Asset
allocation is made across all the major asset classes (cash, bonds,
property, equities and alternative investments) and targets a real
return above risk free cash interest rates over a three to five
year period. Individual client reports show performance
achieved and our philosophy is to invest into passive investments
wherever possible. Portfolios can be based in either sterling
or US dollars for a minimum of £100,000, or currency
equivalent.
The asset allocation process aims to select the best performing
asset classes given the prevailing market conditions, both positive
and negative.
Advisory Service
Clients have the ability to access our strategic asset
allocation investment management service but retain the right to
sanction each change to the asset allocation. Transactions
are only completed with the client's confirmation of agreement.
