The bank was a finalist in the 2011 PAM awards in the category 'Best Overall Wealth Solutions Provider'. This year, the PAM Awards judging panel nominated 27 firms to contest the award categories. As a finalist, the bank is regarded as one of the top performers in its field.

The bank has appeared on this well-known and respected listing for seven consecutive years and in 2011 was ranked 17th. Having originally joined the list in 2005 at 93, the bank is one of only three companies to have remained on the best small companies list for the last seven consecutive years and is the only one to retain a top 20 listing. This national award reflects standards of excellence in workforce engagement.
