Custody has become one of our cornerstone
services and we are experienced in offshore funds, working
hand-in-hand with Trustees, Fund Administrators and Fund Managers.
Our highly trained dealing and investment team have been providing
high quality services to the professional investment industry for
over 20 years and we are authorised by the Isle of Man Financial
Supervision Commission to act as Custodian. Most fund structures
can be accommodated and we can offer support services in
conjunction with a wide range of investment professionals.
We specialise in establishing a bespoke
solution for every case and, as an example, we helped one Fund
Manager who was looking for a Custodian for a bespoke fund
structure, along with complex reporting and IT requirements.
We were able to quickly understand the Fund
structure and, within an agreed timescale, recommended the most
effective way forward. We established accounts for both the Fund
and its various Share Classes, and in providing full banking
services for the Administrators, we were able to provide a custody
and banking solution for this fund structure.
Our unique reporting service provided full
reporting on both an individual Share Class level as well as for
the overall fund, and our integrated reporting service greatly
assisted the Administrators in the accounting for the Fund,
producing significant savings.
In addition to the reporting benefits of our
custody service, we also provided IT solutions for the
Administrators, Managers and the sponsors of the fund and our
treasury services were also used, to meet their cash flow and
currency exposure requirements. In all, we were able to provide a
competitive and cost-effective solution for all of the client's
needs.
