Best International Service Initiative for Intermediaries
We are delighted to announce that we have won two
prestigious industry awards in the Professional Adviser
International Fund and Product Awards 2011. The results, which were
judged by an independent panel of industry practitioners and
experts, were announced last week and saw the bank voted Best
International Wealth Provider for the third year running. In
addition, a new award for Best International Service Initiative was
awarded for our segregated service for
intermediaries.
Launched earlier this year, this service initiative offers
our intermediary clients a dedicated team of private and personal
bankers who understand their specific requirements and are experts
in tailoring products and investment solutions to meet
them.
This new focused approach allows us to allocate our
resources better to meet the needs of different areas within the
intermediary market: corporate service providers, trusts and
professional intermediaries (such as tax consultants, private
client lawyers and accountants). In addition, there is a
dedicated resource applied to the IFA market, whose requirements,
especially around the Retail Distribution Review (RDR), are
unique.
In the judges' feedback, they commented that our service
for intermediary clients was well thought through and the needs of
the advisers had been thoroughly taken into account. They were
particularly impressed with the consideration given to RDR
requirements within the service.
As well as winning these two awards outright, we
were also highly commended under the Best International Bank
category. With twenty outright wins and sixteen highly commended
awards over the years, we continue to receive recognition at these
awards, which remain the leading accolades devoted to acknowledging
the achievements of the international financial services
industry.
