Making your life easier
If you struggle to find the time to maintain your account we
have developed some options to help make your life a little bit
easier.
Extra security on your account
A
security password mandate allows you to select a password which
you use to identify yourself when you contact us. This removes the
need to answer other security questions to identify you, eg, date
of birth etc and reduces your time spent on the phone.
Send your instructions by fax or email
Our
fax indemnity mandate or
email indemnity mandate could be suitable for you if you want
to:
- change your contact details
- arrange third party transfers
- amend your account details
- make a transfer to a non-mandated account.
By completing a
fax indemnity mandate you will be able to instruct us to do any
of the above simply by faxing your instruction/s to us.
An
email indemnity mandate is used in much the same way as the fax
indemnity mandate. Your written instruction must be signed and
scanned and then emailed to us from an agreed email address. The
email mandate is especially suitable if you do not have access to a
fax machine or fax / telephone line.
The benefits of a fax or email mandate are that you do not
need to contact us by telephone, you can send instructions at any
time of the day (especially helpful if you are in a different
timezone), ultimately freeing up your time.
Making regular withdrawals?
With a completed special
withdrawal mandate, you can give us instructions via
telephone, fax or email (whichever you have set up) to
transfer funds to a nominated bank / building society account,
without the need for further identity checks.
Remit your salary/pension into your account
By completing a salary/pension
mandate you will be able to instruct your income provider to
remit your salary/pension into your Fairbairn Private Bank
account.
View your account online
On-line access is available to view all of your accounts,
wherever you are in the world. As you would expect, we only use the
most up-to-date password protection and message encryption. Not
only can you use this service with total confidence, but it also
removes the need for any printed and posted statements which,
depending on your country of residence, may suffer from long
delivery times or be considered insecure. You can
download an application form to apply for internet access to
your account(s).
