Fairbairn Private Bank staff raise £6,750 for charity

FAIRBAIRN PRIVATE BANK STAFF RAISE
£6,750 FOR CHARITY
The staff at Fairbairn Private Bank in
Douglas have been busy raising money for three good causes.
Through a wide range of fund raising schemes, including a monthly
staff draw, themed social events, book sales, cake sales and dress
down days, a final total of £6,750 has been raised. The money has
been split equally between three Manx registered charities chosen
by the staff, namely the Neonatal Unit at Nobles Hospital, St
Bridget’s MacMillan Nurses and The Koru Hospital Fund. Whilst
the former two charities do an outstanding job in supporting the
local community, the latter charity provides assistance further
afield and is supporting the construction and operation of a much
needed hospital in Koru, Kenya.
Janet Taylor, Ann Andrade and Rebecca
Patterson from Fairbairn Private Bank presented the three charities
with the cheques on behalf of all the staff.
