Launch of online training portal

NEW STYLE OF TRAINING AT FAIRBAIRN PRIVATE BANK

Fairbairn Private Bank has recently announced the launch of its online training portal, FPB Academy. The bank has been working closely with the award-winning online training, development and competence management company, Competent Adviser, to develop and maintain the training platform and is offering this tool to all its client-facing staff to ensure competent adviser status.

Competent Adviser is a competence testing and learning management system that provides examination qualifications and regulatory training to individuals, ranging from experienced advisers wishing to update or enhance their knowledge, to industry novices attending training as part of their initial induction programme. Innovative tools enable organisations to assess and maintain the competency of their staff, while the sophisticated reporting facility provides the evidence required to demonstrate that regulatory requirements have been met.
