TWO OF FAIRBAIRN PRIVATE BANK'S EMPLOYEES ENJOY 21
YEARS' SERVICE
Fairbairn Private Bank
recently congratulated two of its employees on reaching their 21
years’ service mark. Martin Ibanez and Michele
Isherwood celebrated their outstanding achievement with the rest of
Fairbairn Private Bank’s staff by cutting a 21st cake
and toasting the occasion with champagne.
Martin and Michele joined
the bank in 1988, when it was Flemings. Martin began his working
career in the new business department and is now employed as a
private banker. Michelle started out as a banking officer and
now works as section head in the Visa department.
Greg Horton, managing director, explained:
“This is a fabulous achievement for both Martin and Michele.
I am immensely proud of their hard work and commitment to the bank,
which also celebrates its own 21st year of operation
between 2008 and 2009. Staff loyalty is a strong feature of the
bank where we also have more than 25 staff with over ten years’
service.”
This achievement also serves to endorse the
bank’s recent ranking of 15th in the 100 Best Small
Companies to Work For, where they became the only firm to improve
their Best Companies rank every year since 2005.
