Two new additions to banking team
Autumn 2007
Simon Prescott has joined the Isle of Man
office as a private banker and brings with him ten years experience
from Lloyds TSB. For the last five years, he was employed
as an international financial manager for the offshore
division. Initially based in Jersey, he was responsible for clients
resident in Switzerland, Austria and the Netherlands and spent
a great deal of time travelling to and from these countries. Most
recently, he has been working in Dubai with
responsibility for providing investment advice to
expatriates and nationals resident in the Middle East
region, including UAE, Qatar, Kuwait and Bahrain.
Simon holds the Financial Planning
Certificate and is currently studying towards the Diploma in
Financial Planning and the Islamic Finance Qualification. With a
wealth of experience from his time in the Middle East, Simon
will be visiting the region frequently in line with the
bank’s expansion plans in this region.
Harry Pickard has joined the Isle of
Man office as a personal banker. With over 12 years experience as
an investment adviser, Harry was employed most recently as a
financial services manager with Lloyds TSB Offshore Ltd, where he
spent over six years dealing with Isle of Man resident clients.
Previously, he was employed as a financial planning adviser with
Abbey in the UK.
Born and raised on the Isle of Man, Harry
holds the Certificate of Personal Finance Society (Cert
PFS) having passed the Financial Planning
Certificate.
