Our London office opened in 2008 and has been going from
strength to strength. Launched to satisfy the demand from UK high
net worth resident individuals for our innovative client-focused
offering, our London office has managed to succeed in what is a
highly competitive market.
With our UK competitors focused on sterling-only portfolios and
the industry tarnished by stories of poor service quality, we can
provide a refreshingly different type of offering for our
clients.
Our banking and investment services
are all available through the London office, and include:
- wealth
management services. We work with our clients to find a
suitable solution to meet their specific objectives. We can offer a
flexible and cost-effective group of wealth management services, to
include discretionary investment management.
- our flagship combined banking and investment platform, Focus. Focus
combines a range of private banking services to create a fully
integrated banking and investment management solution, allowing our
clients to design an account that suits their specific
requirements.
- bespoke lending
facilities. We offer a comprehensive and competitive range of
borrowing solutions for various uses, eg, property purchases,
leveraging and tax structuring. Finance is ordinarily secured
against a range of assets, including investment holdings and
property and, because the requirements of each investor are unique,
we consider each case individually.
- SIPP structures.
These can be arranged through our Focus platform, in conjunction
with specialist pension providers in the UK. The main advantage of
including SIPPs within our Focus platform is that clients can save
time and simplify their administration. By investing with Fairbairn
Private Bank our clients have the option of self-managing their
SIPPs or employing our discretionary investment management service
allowing us to manage the assets in the SIPP.
