Who are Fairbairn Private Bank?

Our immediate parent is Nedbank Limited and our ultimate parent is Old Mutual Group, a FTSE 100 listed company which manages circa £309.3 billion of funds.
We operate across the British offshore islands of the Isle of Man and Jersey, as well as our office in the UK and representative offices in South Africa, all having highly respected and reliable regulatory environments.
We were the first independently "A" rated British offshore islands bank (Moody's A3/P2 credit rating).
We operate as a single seamless business totally driven by our clients' needs. This is reflected in our principal aim:

In 2011, we won Best International Wealth Provider and Best International Service Initiative at the International Investment Fund and Product Awards. We were also highly commended for Best International Bank.
In 2010, we won Best International Wealth Manager for the second year running and Best International Bank at the International Investment Fund and Product Awards. We were also highly commended for Best Service Initiative.
In 2009, we won Best International Wealth Manager at the International Investment Fund and Product Awards and were also highly commended for Best Commitment to Service.
In the 2008 awards, we won Best International Private Bank for the second year running. We also won Best International Wrap Provider for our innovative Focus service.

In addition, the award for Best Offshore Banking Product was secured in 2002, 2003 and 2005, along with a highly commended award in 2004.
The bank was a finalist in the 2011 PAM Awards in the category 'Best Overall Wealth Solutions Provider'. This year, the PAM Awards judging panel nominated 27 firms to contest the award categories. As a finalist, the bank is regarded as one of the top performers in its field.
